EverTools is a local marketplace where you can rent tools and equipment you need or earn money from items you own. Browse nearby listings, book rentals with secure payment, and coordinate pickup directly with owners—all in one app.

Find an item, select your rental dates, and reserve it. Your payment method is authorized at booking, but you're only charged once you and the owner both confirm the pickup. Both parties also confirm the return to complete the rental.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Renters pay a 3.99% service fee, and owners pay a 10% platform fee from their earnings. For example, on a $25 rental, you'd pay $26 total, and the owner receives $22.50. All fees are shown clearly before you book.

We use secure payments, verified user reviews, and in-app messaging to build trust. Users can optionally verify their identity through Stripe, and those who complete verification earn a verified badge. Both renters and owners review each other after rentals to maintain accountability.

Both parties confirm the condition at pickup and return with notes in the app. If there's a disagreement or damage, you can report it through the platform and our support team will help mediate the dispute to reach a fair resolution.

Yes! It's free to join and list your items. To receive payouts, you'll need to connect a bank account through Stripe Connect (takes just a few minutes). Once set up, you'll receive automatic payouts after successful rentals.
